PCL is excited to announce that the 2027 California Environmental Assembly will be held in person on February 6th, 2027, at UC Davis School of Law’s King Hall. The California Environmental Law & Policy Center’s generous offer to host the gathering makes our return to King Hall possible!
Join us as we explore our theme: The California We Want To Build: Navigating Changing Landscapes Post-Election. The November election means change: a new Governor and a new legislative session with dozens of freshman members in the two chambers. From El Niño to Data Centers, from Wildfire to Advanced Manufacturing, California’s leaders have a lot on their plates. Our panels explore immediate short-term solutions and long-term strategies for California’s future.
The Assembly is attended by a variety of audiences, including renowned experts, environmental advocates, private sector executives, legislative and agency staff, students, and citizen advocates. Attendees learn about and organize to protect our beautiful state from the effects of man-made development and climate change.
PCL is especially proud of the Assembly Scholarship program, which invites college students and recent graduates to attend. To learn more, email us at events@pcl.org.
