Remi is a senior undergraduate student at the University of Washington Seattle, where she is working towards a B.S. in Environmental Science and Resource Management and a B.A. in Political Science. She has experience conducting research on landmark environmental policies in the state of Washington and monitoring restoration progress in the Sacramento area. Remi has also worked as an environmental educator at a local, sustainable farm in Rancho Cordova.
As an intern this summer with the PCL, Remi is tracking California’s current water policies and collaborating with PCL staff to preserve CEQA. Through this work, she has developed a growing interest in California’s water management and is excited to pursue a career in environmental policy.
