Want to know how the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) can work for your community or agency? You’re in luck! The PCL Foundation is partnering with the local organizations to present our popular CEQA workshops, featuring our “Community Guide to CEQA.” In this workshop series we will review the fundamentals of California’s premier environmental law, identify the key legal obligations of public agencies, and provide helpful tips on how to make sure those obligations are met. Our workshop will also highlight how CEQA can aid local residents and agencies in the fight against global warming and provide
helpful information on water supply assessments.
Mark your calendars for our next workshop on the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), which is co-sponsored by the Inyo Mono IRWMP.
