PCL and 30+ organizations submitted a letter urging the Governor to not delay the implementation of the VMT transportation analysis guidelines per SB 743 (2013). SB 743 would help promote sustainable and equitable development necessary to achieve California’s climate goals. As SB 743 has already taken 7 years to implement, it is important to not delay its implementation despite the growing pandemic.
