PCL Foundation is the California National Wildlife Federation (NWF) affiliate. PCLF joined NWF in the 1980s, and since then, we have partnered with NWF on California and national wildlife policies and program development.
Recent work has focused on creating dedicated funding sources for state wildlife conservation programs (Recovering America’s Wildlife Act) and protecting America’s endangered pollinators critical to California’s agriculture.
A coalition of diverse stakeholders, including environmental advocates, Tribal representatives, community voices, legal experts, policymakers, and concerned citizens, all united by a common goal: to ensure an efficient, effective, and equitable approach to managing California’s water resources.
Participants include CalTrout, Trout Unlimited, the California Coastkeeper Alliance, California Environmental Voters, Defenders of Wildlife, Friends of the River, the Union of Concerned Scientists and PCL.
Green California is a network of more than 100 environmental organizations, including statewide groups and local and regional nonprofits. Focused on coordinating and aligning environmental policies, advancing clean energy efforts on a state level, and building a more inclusive and equitable movement by combining tools, pooling resources, and working together.
